High-alumina refractory castable is a type of refractory materials primarily composed of bauxite chamotte (calcined high-alumina bauxite) as the main raw material, offering high refractoriness, exceptional mechanical strength, and superior erosion resistance. They are widely used as linings for industrial furnaces in steel, glass, ceramics, and cement industries. ·High refractoriness: Withstands extreme temperatures (up to 1750°C) due to high alumina content (Al₂O₃ ≥70%). Maintains structural integrity in prolonged high-temperature environments. ·High mechanical strength: Provides compressive strength and flexural strength to endure heavy loads and mechanical stress. ·Erosion resistance: Resists chemical corrosion (acidic/alkaline slags) and thermal shock.
Power:circulating fluidized bed boilers (CFB), heating, and steam boilers.
Steel: Linings for blast furnaces and hot blast stoves.
Glass: Thermal linings for glass melting furnaces.
Ceramics: Linings for ceramic kilns.
Cement: Insulation layers in cement rotary kilns.
