Iron ditch castable is made of alumina bauxite and silicon carbide as aggregates, combined with carbon, ultrafine powder, additives (such as antioxidants) and binders (such as low cement or ultra-low cement formula); it is a key refractory material used for lining protection in the blast furnace tapping system. Features: ·High temperature stability: can withstand high temperatures above 1500 °C for a long time without softening or deformation; ·Corrosion resistance: effectively resist chemical corrosion from iron oxide, sulfur and other components in molten iron; ·Wear resistance: adapt to high-speed erosion of molten iron and extend the life of the lining; ·Thermal shock resistance: not prone to bursting in an environment with sudden temperature changes.
