High Strength Alkali Resistant Castable

It uses aluminosilicate as raw material, calcium aluminate cement and admixture as adhesives, and is used to make aggregate and fine powder of alkali-resistant castables. High-strength alkali-resistant castables are resistant to corrosion by high-temperature and medium-temperature alkali volatiles, and can form a protective layer of viscous liquid at high temperatures to effectively block the penetration of volatiles. It has the characteristics of stable chemical composition, high strength and corrosion resistance. Features : 1.High strength and alkali corrosion resistance . With alumina clinker as the main raw material, the compressive strength and resistance to alkaline gas and slag corrosion are significantly improved by optimizing aggregate grading and adding binders. 2.High temperature resistance : Refractoriness ≥ 1700℃, long-term use temperature up to 1300℃, structural stability can be maintained in high temperature alkaline environment.
