The main raw material of phosphate wear-resistant bricks is dense high-alumina clinker, and its binder is phosphoric acid solution or aluminum phosphate solution.After semi-dry pressing, it is heat treated at 400 ℃ ~600 ℃ to make chemically bonded refractory products. ·It has high compressive strength at room temperature and high fire resistance temperature, meeting the requirements of high temperature environment; ·The structure is compact and has low porosity, which can prevent material corrosion at high temperatures; ·Good wear resistance, extending the service life of the material; ·The external dimensions are accurate, which guarantees the quality of refractory brick masonry.
It is mainly used in the decomposition zone and preheating zone of cement rotary kiln, zinc oxide kiln, lime kiln, magnesium metal and other industrial kilns.
