Non-stick aluminum castable is a refractory material specially designed for aluminum smelting process. It achieves key properties such as anti-molten aluminum penetration and anti-nodulation through special ingredients and processes. It uses high-alumina bauxite and alumina powder as the main aggregates, and adds brown corundum fine powder and composite anti-corrosion agent. The binder uses pure calcium aluminate cement, and special materials are added to reduce the porosity, form a dense layer, and block the penetration of aluminum liquid; 1.Corrosion resistance: It can resist the high active penetration of 900~1000℃ aluminum liquid, avoiding material peeling and aluminum liquid contamination; 2.Anti-stick properties: Special additives make the surface of the castable difficult to wet with aluminum liquid, reducing nodules and slag; 3.Durability: Excellent thermal shock stability, can withstand frequent temperature fluctuations, significantly better than traditional high-aluminum
Nonferrous smelting: The bottom of the aluminum melting furnace, the slag slope, the chute and other
parts that directly contact the aluminum liquid; the lining of the aluminum ladle, degassing box and other equipment can reduce the oxidation of aluminum liquid and heat loss.
