Chrome corundum castable is a kind of material with corundum and chromium oxide as main components, and added with α - Al2O3 , μ f -SiO₂ and other micro powders. The binder is pure calcium aluminate cement ( CA-70/80 ), and functional additives are added to improve fluidity and setting time. 1.Applicability: Since Al 2 O 3 and Cr 2 O 3 form a corundum solid solution phase, the anti-erosion ability is significantly improved, and it is suitable for industrial kiln environments with high temperature, corrosion and severe erosion; 2.Stability: Line change rate at high temperature ≤ ± 0.5% , excellent thermal shock resistance, resistance to slag penetration and chemical erosion; 3.High temperature performance: temperature resistance up to 1700-2000 ℃, high temperature flexural strength > 102MPa ;
Hazardous waste treatment: hazardous waste rotary kiln inlet / outlet, secondary combustion chamber and other harsh working conditions;
Energy and chemical industry: carbon black reactor, water-coal slurry gasifier, incinerator lining;
Metallurgical industry: steelmaking furnaces, ferroalloy kilns, air-permeable bricks and nozzle materials;
