Alumina silicon carbide bricks are refractory material primarily composed of alumina (Al₂O₃) and silicon carbide (SiC). It combines the excellent properties of both materials, featuring high refractoriness, superior thermal shock resistance, and good erosion resistance. It is widely used in industries such as steel, glass, ceramics, and cement. · High Refractoriness: With a refractoriness of over 1750°C, it is suitable for high-temperature environments. · High Thermal Shock Resistance: Capable of withstanding rapid temperature changes, reducing thermal shock damage. · Good Erosion Resistance: Highly resistant to acidic and alkaline slags as well as molten metal. · Low Creep: Minimal deformation under high temperature and load, ensuring a long service life.
Steel Industry: Used in the lining, roof, and bottom of steelmaking furnaces and hot blast stoves.
Glass Industry: Applied in the melting tank, refining tank, and forehearth of glass furnaces.
Ceramics Industry: Used in the firing zone of ceramic kilns, saggars, and kiln furniture.
Cement Industry: Utilized in the burning zone, transition zone, and cooling zone of cement rotary kilns.
